Wolfeboro, New Hampshire
DESCRIPTION:
This 80 acre, 23,000 sf home is located on the shores of Lake
Winnipesaukee. HBLA was responsible for locating buildings,
controlling site grading and establishing first floor elevation.
As a result, HBLA was able to maximize retention of existing vegetation
in order to effectively screen the manor from the lake.
Services included site design, site engineering, local & state
permitting.
