DESCRIPTION:
By removing an existing parking lot, HBLA was able to create a new
front door and facility public image. Scope of work included site demolition,
road design, site grading and drainage, garden and lighting design, bidding
and negotiations, construction documentation and observation. HBLA
also assisted with fund raising and graphics to help pay for construction.
