DESCRIPTION:
HBLA assisted with local and state permitting and provided landscape
design, garden design, construction documentation and observation for
Phase One, $38,000,000 CCRC. This project included planning and
design of one centrally located lake. This lake set the stage for Phase
One arrival and Phase Two future development.
